I tweeted yesterday our love for smoothies, what can I say--we can't get enough.
Berrylicious Smoothie
1/2 cup whole or soy milk
1 cup frozen *organic* berries (I used Cascadian Farm Harvest Berries antioxidant blend)
1 organic banana (I used Dole organics)
1 8oz container greek nonfat yogurt (I used blueberry)
1 tablespoon honey to sweeten (optional)
Place ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. You may need to add more milk. Pour in a glass, and enjoy a taste of mid morning bliss.
