There is no instinct like that of the heart

"Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was by choice but falling in love with you was beyond my control"

[9/30]
Today is the exact date we found each other and although it was years ago my love for you reminds endless and true. I quickly realized that when you start love someone, all your saved-up wishes start becoming reality.

I thank God for giving me your love and your caring heart and soul.
I love you.

Minnajima

It's always ourselves we find in the sea.

I absolutely love that fact that paradise is only a short ferry ride away. Today I got to sunbath and snorkle on Minnajima in the clear blue waters of the East China Sea. I was in heaven. To me, there are three great elemental sounds of nature; rain, slight wind and the sound of the outer ocean on a beach. I got two of the three. Again, heaven.

The day ended with eating some great sushi. It couldn't be more perfect. I'm totally rejuvenated.

Got crabs? Here are my buddies.

Red Haze

Weather forecast for today: dark and hazy.

[Historic] Residents of Sydney, Australia awoke to an alarming red sky yesterday September 23rd. Noticeably, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House were shrouded in the thick red fog caused by a natural phenomenon unlike anyone has seen. Kinda creepy.

Here is a photo that we took on our trip. Crisp clear!

Hakone, Japan

We've recently figured out that the world is like a book and when we do not travel we're only reading the same page.

Hakone is perhaps the most famous National Park and resort area in Japan. Regardless of the heavy flow of tourist it's rather peaceful and decidedly scenic. [check for yourself] I can't wait to go back, next time I want to try the hot springs that the town is so well-known for.

#1 Fan

One of the greatest gifts I ever had came from God; I call him Dad.

My dad is like the sun. A sure thing, always there with beaming light and warmth on my life.

Gerardo came home with a huge package addressed to me. Inside were two pairs of shoes, two cd's, a matching bracelet and earring set and my dad's excellent portfolio. Thank you dad, I love it!

Check out his website. http://www.posadacatering.com/

If your ever in the Bay Area and need a chef call him! He's the best.

I love you Dad.

Wear a smile - one size fits all.

The world always looks brighter from behind a smile.

What a great day. After breakfast I got ready to go to the spa to get my seaweed facial. Oh man, it was relaxing. Not only did they massage my face I got a neck and upper back massage too! An hour and a half later, embarrassing enough I'd fallen asleep. Awkward.

We ate at our weekly spot, Tuna House. After dinner we drove to Naha to walk around Kukusai street. There are so many stores and ventors that carry such awesome things from traditional Okinawan gifts to trendy clothing to handmade bracelets and necklaces. I lucked out and found a Yogurtland while walking. I love me some pineapple coconut yogurt with fresh strawberries. ♥

The day ended perfectly with one of my favorite movies, The Notebook.

Remember, every day you spend without a smile, is a lost day.

Here's a quick video Okinawa's Kukusai Street.

Bow our heads

In moment of silence...

"This is a day when all Americans from every walk of life unite in our resolve for justice and peace. America has stood down enemies before, and we will do so this time. None of us will ever forget this day. Yet, we go forward to defend freedom and all that is good and just in our world." -President G.W Bush

Love your country. May the sun visit no land more free, more happy, more lovely, than this- our own country.

I'm proud to be an American.

Hong Kong

It’s about the hustle and bustle of the city.

There’s so much to see within the 1,100 kilometer radius that 7 million people call home. Where shops, restaurants, parks, monuments, markets and museums come to life before you. The sight, taste, smell and touch of each street become your adventure as you take the journey as one.

Ladies and gentleman..enjoy Hong Kong.

Note: We took tons and tons of pictures. I hope blogspot can hold them all...I'll post more asap.

love bites!

We always find a way to get our Starbucks :-)

Our amazing hotel.
